Wearing saree below navel is a choice that woman has to make while dressing up. Depending on the ocassion we can decide which type of look will work the best for us. Each outfit is different and each time it may be a different look. And for daily wear it does not matter if you ask me. I would argue that it is all about self comfort, but I know many many women who prefer and in any circumstance will only wear their saree above their navel. Personally I get drawn towards wearing it below my navel when it is possible to do so. I would like to say it is just about comfort but it is also about fashion.
