1.  Don't aim for "perfect score" or "perfection"

 The ultimate goal of taken a certification exam is to pass. However, there are some people who think, "I want to acquire solid knowledge, not just pass the exam," and aim for a perfect understanding. However, if you are aiming for effection, no amount of study time will be enough. This is because a qualification does not prove that you have all the knowledge in the field, but it shows that you have "certain level or more" of knowledge in the field.

In fact, every qualification exam has passing criteria, and depending on the qualification, the score and score rate  that are the passing line are announced. Rather than aiming for a perfect score, it is important to practice a study method that steadily scores above the passing line.

2.  Don't stop even if you don't understand

Don't stick to "perfectionism" when studying for qualifications. When encountering a problem they don't understand or an explanation they don't understand, some people get lost in thought and can't move forward. It feels bad to leave it without knowing, so I'm going to go to the middle of the day until it's solved. You have a limited amount of time to study for your certification. It is important not to stop even if you do not understand something, but to skip it and move on with your studies.

When people decide to study for qualifications, many people buy thick reference books and start reading form the very beginning. After reading through the reference book and trying to solve the problem, it takes too much time to input knowledge, and there is a tendency to not have enough time to practice problems. While spending time on input, you may forget what you learned in the beginning.
